"On a stop in HIll City to choose stone for our fireplace at Dakota Stone, we decided to meander to the cute little downtown. Jewel of the West was a pleasant surprise. Although they have clothes and purses, I was immediately drawn to the jewelry. In a case, I discovered a Wild Horse turquoise tennis bracelet. Characterized by its white magnesite base and distinctive brown mottling, the turquoise is unusual can be difficult to source. The fact the bracelet was designed in a true tennis bracelet style was also a selling point as I’ve not seen a turquoise bracelet designed in that fashion. Needless to say, I walked out the door with a fabulous new piece. In the future, I’ll certainly return to see the unique jewelry pieces."
